We had an amazing dinner at the beach. Our server Concepcion was the best! He was super friendly, he made our evening very special.

Our family recently returned from our second consecutive year at Club Med Cancun, and we would go back in a heartbeat. The Aguamarina section’s family suite was perfect—it’s a newer area of the resort with an ideal layout for a family of four, featuring ocean-front views and two bathrooms.

The activity schedule is a standout. As a yoga enthusiast, I loved the three daily sessions: an advanced class at 8:00 AM, a beginner session at 3:00 PM, and a beautiful sunset ritual at 5:00 PM. While locations vary between the fitness area and the beach, the 'Yoga Palapa' was my favorite; it’s a bit of a walk, but the secluded atmosphere is well worth it.

My kids stayed busy with pickleball and the waterslides, and we all enjoyed meals at Taco Arte. The shoreline offers a great mix of terrain, from sandy beaches to rocky sections perfect for quiet walks or meditation. We especially appreciated the smaller beach near Taco Arte—it’s quieter and we never had trouble finding chairs. If you’re looking for an active, high-energy family vacation, this resort is a top contender.

The room was beautiful and very clean, and the entire resort was impeccably maintained. Everywhere we went, everything felt spotless and well cared for.
The food was excellent every day with plenty of variety. The service in the dining room was impeccable. The team made every meal enjoyable, and the daily cappuccino service in the morning was such a nice touch. A very special mention to Leidi, who truly brought sunshine and warmth with her smile and incredible attention to detail.

The bar staff were also fantastic. The girls working in the mornings and the guys in the afternoon were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can really feel the good energy throughout the resort.

The entertainment team brought amazing energy every evening. Xabi and the animation team kept the atmosphere alive night after night. The shows were high quality and professionally produced, and the technicians were both talented and friendly. Special thanks to Alejandro, Ricci and Dorian among others.

The GO team is truly special. It was an honour to meet and share dinners with them. For those who may not know how Club Med works, when a GO sits at your table, it’s part of their job to connect with the guests. If you have the chance, welcome them to your table before they even have to ask. It’s one of the most interesting parts of the experience. We had wonderful conversations with people from all over the world. Amélie from France, Anne-Marie from Québec, friends from Senegal, Morocco, locals from Mexico and many other beautiful people with incredible stories. These exchanges are priceless.

Thank you as well to all the artists from CMA. We met incredibly talented people and had beautiful moments together.

My only small suggestion would be to add a more lounge-style space with tables and chairs where people could relax quietly with a game, a book, or a laptop. Aside from that small point, everything was excellent.

We had wonderful dinners at both La Estancia (for charcoal grilled steaks) and Taco Arte (Mexican). Service from Franco, Emanuel and Valeria at Estancia was wonderful and Barbara at Taco Arte was a delight; with drinks from Jose excellent. Gracias!

A wonderful resort for a family vacation, with activities for people of all ages. The beach is beautiful and the food is delicious. We especially loved Taco Arte, which is right on the water. Great service from Alejandro and the whole team!
