Excellent vacation destination in December
5/5 • 2024/12/19December was absolutely perfect weather with 20 to 30C temperatures. Top notch Club Med where we've been twice. Pool, beach, golf, tennis, archery, sailing, excursions. All inclusive. Delightful and ideal for couple or singles. Almost no "kiddies" just before Xmas which we greatly appreciated. Totally professional GOs and staff. Excellent accommodation and good food. We're planning to return for a 3rd trip next year. We travel around the world and just sincerely find Cap Skirring a relaxing and quality/price vacation.

Pleasant stay!
4/5 • 2024/12/18Very nice hotel! Overall a very good experience: nice place, good food, friendly staff! I took a message with Anita and she did her job very well. We stayed for 7 night. There is also a very good entertainment team. The room was clean. There were just a lot of bugs.
Vaccinations and medical treatments
It is imperative that you check the required procedure before your departure.
Mosquitos can carry certain viral or parasitic diseases; the use of tropical mosquito repellents directly on the skin or clothes is recommended.
Risk of the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum) means that serious prevention is necessary, namely chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents.
Vaccination against yellow fever is essential (in an authorised centre), even if it is not officially imposed.
Vaccination against meningitis may be advisable in the case of close and prolonged contact with the local population in the dry season between December and June.
There are seasonal epidemics of cholera that are not dangerous for travellers in good health and who respect elementary hygiene rules. Vaccination is not strictly necessary.
