Best Club Med Experience to Date
5/5 • 2025/10/27I've been to 4 Club Med locations and Miches has been the best. What an incredible experience! Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile from Iara at the front of the hotel, who also made the check in process smooth and fast. While she was checking me in, the entertainment team stopped by to introduce themselves. The staff definitely go out of their way to make sure you have a 5-Star experience and also make you feel like family. The entertainment was incredible and I can't say enough about the delicious food that was always beautifully presented. It did rain the last few days but there was always so much to do with the daily activities offered. I took advantage of the yoga, which was done in a covered palapa. Uri and Max from the sports teams were also amazing. I would come back in a heartbeat!

A dream week in paradise

We spent a wonderful week in a little paradise. Greeting and welcoming was done by Iara who was truly exceptionally warm! What a way to start. Staff was so helpful & dedicated. We want to highlight our fitness instructor Marie who made us work hard & sweat! Dining staff Confesor & Carolina became the baby’s best friends & attended to his every needs. There were lots of smiles all over the place. Mention to the pool staff who had to put up with me swimming at 630 am every morning while they cleaned the pool . The 50m pool is a dream! We have been to many Club Med and find Miches our top destination! We highly recommend a stay in this beautiful & welcoming paradise!

The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly . Everything was perfect — I can't wait to go back!

5/5 • 2025/10/24After 1h15 of transfer from the airport, what an amazing welcome, especially from Iara, who recognized our son from other club med experiences! She was very helpful with every details.
Even if we had rain, never a dull moment in the resort; reading at the Lemon Bar, in the Zen section or drinking wonderful fruit juices under the sunshade on the beach!
Our son had also a blast discovering Trapeze, Kayak and other games in the Teens Group.
Definitely coming back soon!
