Mixed review - wonderful resort and miserable staff

A mixed review. The resort is wonderful, beautiful landscaped gardens and excellent sports, watersports and pools/beach.

The food was consistently excellent, even by à la carte standards.

The only let down was just how miserable many of the staff were, especially at reception, but also at bars and restaurants.

Palmiye: the emotions that keep you coming back

This was my second season at Club Med Palmiye, and once again I was reminded why it is a place I return to with such great pleasure. The first time, I wanted to discover a different side of Türkiye; the second time, I came back to relive the emotions that made me fall in love with Palmiye in the first place.

There is simply no time to get bored here: there are so many activities and things to try that one stay is never enough. My personal highlight was the circus trapeze. A huge thanks to the entire circus team — Matteo, Elliot, Hermine, Ana, Jordan, and of course Caroline, the supervisor. Thank you for the excellent organisation, your support, advice, spotting and catching, and even the shared dances to try to chase the rain away. You are amazing! I truly hope I will get the chance to fly with you again someday.

I also want to mention the morning warm-up sessions: the sea, the sun, plenty of energy, and the wonderful coaches Igor and Clara. It is the perfect way to start the day — even after a particularly eventful evening.

I will definitely be back. It is a little sad that much of the team changes every year, but it is wonderful that Club Med itself remains the same special place you want to return to again and again.

Once Club Med, always Club Med.

Health formalities

Vaccinations and medical treatments

It is your responsibility to check all the necessary formalities before departure.

Vaccinations recommended:

· Polio

· Tetanus

· Hepatitis A and B

· Typhoid

The resort has a resident nurse.

Antalya Hospital is about 45 minutes from the Resort (equipped with a decompression chamber)

As a preventive measure against bird flu, you are advised not to visit bird markets or zoos.
