One of the best experiences - better than we imagined when we booked! Everything about the holiday was top notch. Kids were taken care of from 8:30am to 9pm, in the process learning to ski (you don’t even have to worry about getting them into their ski gear which the ClubMed staff take care of), earning medals for their achievements, and being entertained with shows, activities and making friendships that made them want to go back to the kids club every day, creating memories for a lifetime. Our son was taking the ski lift with other kids his age within a few days and coming down blue slopes under the supervision of ESF instructors. Everyone, adults and kids, are put in ski groups based on their ability, and you get a week of skiing every morning and afternoon with an ESF instructor who serves both as a trainer as well as tour guide to explore all the slopes in the area, whilst improving your skiing over the week. As a result, you also end up meeting and making some great friends skiing together. The ski in ski out location of the hotel with a conveniently located ski room make it a very user friendly experience. The shows and entertainment put on every night for all to enjoy are amazing. Gilles, the GO, and the entire staff, particularly in the kids clubs, were very helpful, warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Special mention to my ESF ski instructor, Ophelie (who saved me a few times!). We were so sad when it all ended. There is only one way to have an “all taken care of” a ski holiday with family - and that’s with Club Med!

The hotel has an excellent location for skiers. The slopes are nice, specially for beginners. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. Rooms are spacious and the food is very good. At the spa, Sara is the best therapist, best massage I’ve ever gotten.

Such an absolutely incredible resort. Traveling with a group of friends and having the time of our lives. Shout out to Haby in reception for making us feel at home & Paul in the boutique for being our Champagne Night trivia rep!! Every meal has ample option available, and the desserts are fantastic! Ski lockers are very useful and staff are extremely knowledgeable. Another shout out to my ESF instructor JP for dealing with us chatty Canadians!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Club Med Les Arcs Panorama for our ski vacation! As three families traveling together, we were looking for a seamless and enjoyable experience where both kids and adults could fully relax—and this resort delivered beyond our expectations.

A huge shoutout to Gio Roy, who went above and beyond in taking care of our children. Thanks to his kindness, patience, and professionalism, we were able to hit the slopes with peace of mind, knowing our kids were in great hands. They had an incredible time, and we truly appreciated the care and attention he provided.

The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views, excellent ski-in/ski-out access, and the signature Club Med hospitality. From the well-organized ski lessons to the après-ski activities, everything was perfectly set up for a stress-free and fun-filled vacation. The food, entertainment, and overall atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience.
