Quebec Charlevoix Canada

I recently spent my second ski vacation at ClubMed Quebec-Charlevoix with my family, and we had an incredible time. The resort offers something for everyone—whether you’re looking to tackle the slopes, enjoy stunning mountain views, or simply relax and recharge. It’s a fantastic destination for families with older kids or adults who are looking for a mix of adventure and relaxation.

Without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the exceptional service at Le Chalet. The staff there were absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and eager to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Whether we were grabbing a drink after a long day on the slopes or simply enjoying the après-ski atmosphere, they made us feel right at home. Their recommendations were spot on, and their warmth really added to the overall experience. It’s not often you find a bar where the staff genuinely makes a difference in your vacation, but Le Chalet truly delivered.

At the bar were Dmitri and Samuel with huge ability and care when making drinks. For any service just ask Eli, Gaby, Marco Andreas and Carlo... Always asking if something is needed and so polite at all times. Not mentioning that you may ask for drinks in English, French, Spanish or even in Portuguese. Best staff ever!

We've been in ClubMeds since my kids were babies, but this guys from the bar Le Chalet at ClubMed Quebec-Charlevoix were amazing.

Our second time at the location. Experience may depend on weather since skiing is the main activity. We loved the place.
Great team of people. Sam did great gym classes. Pablo worked hard frying fish, making soup and juggling two more stations during the dinner. Great team at the bar near theater. Kids club / junior (pink) skiers staff were great.
It would be much appreciated if well behaved kids were allowed to the hot tub / steam room when accompanied by supervising adults. Also, wish the water in pool was warmer.
Finally, connecting rooms could benefit from door stoppers to keep both doors open if necessary.

For this particular CM-Charlevoix. This CM is best for families w/ -12Yo kids during the high season. Ours are 12 and 14, there was too many young kids running around, adult /older kids spaces are needed in the restaurant and at the chalet. We didn't really go to the show in the evening because of the misbehavior of the kids jumping and on top of the furniture (Not CM responsibility obviously, but that had an impact on our stay).
The amenities, food, restaurant, gym/ yoga classes, rooms (small but very well designed) were all good. The service to platinum member was very good.
The ski classes could be improved - people "randomly" put themselves at a level. Would be ideal for the teachers 1st thing in the morning to have everybody do a run and then do a level triage. That's how they did it in CM - Sahoro.
Overall, we will not return to this particular CM for the reasons stated above, but we are familiar with the brand and we will be looking to go to a CM in the alps next winter.

Best place to ski with kids. After I discover this place, I never wanted to go back to Colorado for snow vacations.
Everything at the Club is so convenient and easy. The entire all inclusive resort, the food, the entertainment, the mountain with the river views, the people, all top quality; and the staff, ohhh the staff is quite impressive, everyone is so kind, happy, energetic and proactive, it’s and amazing place. If I could give ten stars I would!

I want to give a great shoot for Hanna (the bartender), she’s is incredible not just because the quality and knowledge about the art of the drinks she makes, but also because of whom she is and how she made me and my kids fell while we’re there. We could come back there just to talk to Hanna, she’s a wonderful person!
