This place has a soul. You can see it through the employees being actually happy doing what they are doing. We are thankful to every member of baby club that entertained our toddler while my husband and I were enjoying various activities. We have been in the resort two times: one in winter and one during the summer. Both times we did not have any minute when we felt bored. I learnt mountain biking, which was very exciting

The food of the resort is another significantly advantage that makes us come back to this place.
I high my recommend this place for families.

The Baby Petite Club at the resort was incredible and took great care of our 2.5 year old while we were able to enjoy our vacation. They were super responsible and flexible, had cute activities, fed him healthy meals and he had great naps all the days he was there! We went for a family trip with people ranging from 2.5 - 84 so it was really helpful to have the childcare available. Thank you so much!!!!

This was our first experience at Club Med Charlevoix, and I wanted to take a moment to share how truly satisfied we were with our stay. We loved the atmosphere, the food, and the room, but most of all, we were impressed by the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize Kelly at the front desk, who welcomed us at check-in with such kindness, enthusiasm, positivity, and, most importantly, incredible patience. We were not completely satisfied with the first room we had booked, and she went above and beyond to help us find a better option and arrange an upgrade. Her willingness to listen, help, and make sure we were comfortable made such a difference in our experience. It is this kind of genuine, thoughtful service that truly makes a stay memorable.

Thank you so much, Kelly, for your kindness, professionalism, and for the special attention you gave us. You made our first experience at Club Med Charlevoix even more wonderful, and we will definitely remember your warm welcome. We hope to be back soon!

We had a great time! Girls trip with 8 college friends! We loved the spa services, yoga, hiking, gondola rides, power walks, many exercise classes, great food, beautiful views and fun entertainment!
