Tomamu Hokkaido Japan

The rooms are clean , warm and ready when your back from the snow, the staff is friendly, as many free drinks and as much free food as you want. The pool is never to packed and always a good temperature.would recommend staying hai resort to anyone looking for a holiday

I was really surprised by the excellent service of manager IVO of HAKU restaurant in Club Med Tomamu , he is really helpful , energetic and informative! Our family had a wonderful dinner in HAKU Japanese BBQ within the Christmas stay ~ His well management skills and leadership definitely a great job in ClubMed!!! So glad I can put my thankful message in Tripadvisor platform to present me great appreciation after coming back to Hong Kong. For the Chief of Village Zack, he’s such guy with sense of humour , kind and great leadership and what he got a super attractive voice for holding all the shows every night in the theatre !! Kind of like the best part of the show every night , he can draws everyone’s emotion to the highest and lead the dance of every one to the highest point ! I joined a snow trekking team for a session and great thanks to my GO Albert, from Russia , he teaches us how to be thankful to the nature , how to enjoy our life without cell phone ! Nice catch up with him in the snowy forest and chasing the steps of fox!!! Wow I definitely will be back to Tomamu Club Med because of those amazing guys mentioned ! Last but not least, those great Chefs thanks a lot for all the good food and unforgettably plating presentation everyday you all served~ some times even just a small pancake during snack times are really yummy enough! I won’t forget 24th Christmas Eve such a big dinner with Tuna, Hokkaido crabs , lobsters and my daughters performance who was arranged by those lovely GOssssss!!! Great thanks and I will tell all my friends to join Tomamu Club Med for their happy holidays !

The hotel club med tomahu is the best in the business with polite staff who work around the clock and an amazing system who caters for all, shout out to my instructors of sayo and Nikola from bostaria, brata from Serbia and taj form the Gold Coast u guys are legends and keep doing what your doing. My family went with 4 other families - altogether there were 9 adults and 9 kids aged 9-19. This was our third visit to the resort and first since COVID. We had a great time together skiing and enjoying other activities. The buffet spread was excellent with a lot of variety and great quality. The serving staff was very efficient and even though we saw long queues at popular stations every evening during dinner time, the waiting time was never long. We thoroughly enjoyed the Talent Show -the version in which the CdV Zack Lee featured as the magician, I won’t spoil it for others but it was so funny! Skiing was great - we managed to arrange private lessons after check-in and we were all very happy with the coaches assigned to us. Somehow the GOs arranging lessons for us knew everyone’s preference and the coaches’ styles all seemed to match our preferences. My daughter and I took lessons with Patrick from Sydney and Will from Wales, and we both made marked improvement in our skiing (we were trying to be more confident on blue slopes). I have already booked another short trip back to Tomamu within this season - and am really looking forward to going back there!

Currently staying at club Med Tomamu. What an amazing family experience. Highlights have been Eddie and Keiran from the ski school who have been amazing instructors and good for technical advice.
Also they organised a birthday cake and small celebration for my daughter which was a fantastic ending to a wonderful stay.
